Wk 4

Recovery Week(I do not like this week, as I always feel like I am not working):

Week 3 in review:

Workouts: B+ I was away all week in Orlando for the FETC conference - which was awesome.  I am giving myself a B+ because I only missed 1 workout while away and added a 2 mile walk to and from the convention center. However, I did not get a Saturday run in nor  a Sunday run, but I did shovel snow on both days.

Nutrition Grade: D+ I had alcohol and way too much which also meant poor eating on 2 days. While at the conference I also walked around Disney and ate some treats - not a good nutrition week.
I am finding it very hard to get back on track and this week has started poorly.

No Beer/No Sugar: F. no excuses.

Be Better Spouse: A I came home :)

Reflection: I was very happy with how the majority of the trip went, only had 1 real bad day of nutrition but had a small sweet most days at parks. Workouts were very good, disappointed in not running this weekend, but that was due to weather. Scale has me down to 173, which is very nice. Still would like to drop another 10 before March 17.

Getting back on track is tough this week, especially with the weather(snow) and delays for school. Nutrition is slowly getting back, but seems like snow days equal nonstop eating?!?!?

I am also not a fan of the recovery week for P90X3, but will take change up the workouts. Hoping to be able to get in 2 easy runs before a race on Saturday - this is all weather contingent.

Nice to see that my sister, Chrissy, and friend, Kathy, have stuck to and started back on the workouts. It helps knowing we are all struggling through it together.
