Re-energized training

As I sat around last saturday mapping out my workouts for the month of April, I began to get worried, I had a sprint tri coming up April 12 and only had 3 rides outside. I also have the 'Escape' at the end of April, May 2 actually. I was worried.
Have I been swimming enough, I know I do not have enough rides in, am I going to be embarrassed? I completed my weekend workouts and felt good. I put together my month long plan of workouts and was committed to Commit to it.
I feel lucky that the first week of April turns out to be spring break at school - giving me a week to build a good base riding outside. So I start Monday and Tuesday with triple workouts planned. It rains but I still get my ride in outside on Monday. The weather turns the corner, it is 70 - 80 degrees for the next 5 days.
My swimming has been awesome, on long days I am getting 2.5 - 3 miles in 1.5 hours, my short days are 1.5 - 2 miles in same time frame. Lots of IM sets, 5 x 200, 4 x 300, 5 x 100; warmup is always between 600-1000 yards, and the sets of 100 - 300 free. The tri coming up is an indoor 300 Meter swim - I hope to be fast. Last year I did it in 4:46, I expect to be under 4:30 this year.
My running has been very good, as I continue to run at least 2 times a week, one being a long run on Sunday, this weekend 10.
Bike - this is where I am focusing now. I need to get lots of miles in the next 3 weeks. I did 20 on Monday and 30 yesterday(thursday) and plan to do 30-40 on saturday. I need to get miles in, and am still riding on the indoor trainer for 20-30 minutes 2 times a week.
Workouts on Monday gave me a great high - I feel awesome and look forward to all of my upcoming workouts, this has been a great week thus far.
I will keep on training and I will be happy with my results.
