Riding, Running, Swimming, P90X

Ok...workouts have picked up and are more consistent. Still looking to lose up to 10 more pounds. It is amazing how easier everything is when you are lighter, pull-ups- a breeze, riding wow except for downhills everything better, running - I need not say a word.

Been enjoying the workouts more, running in morning is just great. Riding has been fun and meet new people all the time thanks to Dr. Tony. Swimming has dropped off a bit, but am still strong, did 3300 on Monday in 1 hour and felt really good.

Went to a bike swap, got a new helmet, some old used bike bibs, got a killer spinnerval dvd.

Looking forward to the upcoming Warrior Dash and the fact that I do not have to do any hardcore training.

Almost pushed the pay button for the Chesapeake Man - yep the full Iron distance, just couldnt do it - still too far out.
