Where have I been since the Shamrock? I have been nursing injuries, nothing major just small nagging injuries. Following the Shamrock, my legs were hurting, really hurting, I took a few days off and then tried to do a short 4 mile run, ouch!!! I took off from running until about 3 weeks ago, now I am running 3 times a week, no more than 4 miles right now and easy. I have been swimming, lots of swimming, trying to get ready for my swim races that begin June 29.
I did complete the Warrior Dash, http://www.warriordash.com/ last Saturday, it was perfect weather and a perfect day with two great guys, Kyle and Bob, missed you Steve and Dr. Tony, maybe next year. Check out the video:

I will be making a video of my swim around the Statue of Liberty next Friday, I am excited about that. Plus, the girls and I will be visiting Ellis Island, http://www.ellisisland.org/genealogy/ellis_island_visiting.asp and Central Park, http://www.centralparknyc.org/visit/ for the first time.
Stay Healthy and keep on training.
