June 14, 2012, I received my new iPhone case, the LifeProof Case.
Here is why I got it:
Protection
You can go to the website and read up on the rest yourself. The case is awesome, check out youtube for some awesome underwater videos. I have been using to run and ride. I even used it in Disney at the end of June with the armband(swimming band), when we were walking around the parks in the Tropical storm rains. I purchased the additional GoPro Mount for the bike.

I love the GoGro, but today on an easy training ride, while traveling downhill at approximately 35mph, one of the GoPro arms failed, no noticed, just snapped. Phone went flying, I heard it bouncing on the road, I was pissed, but what could I do.
I eventually stopped and walked back up the hill to grab my phone off the road. Picked it up and...
...yes it worked. Only the upper corner was sliced opened. No other noticeable damage to phone.
The mount was in ok damage, until I looked more closely and noticed the one clip was snapped.
I called LifeProof tonight, Nicole answered and was very knowledgable and helpful. She told me the case will be replaced as will the bike mount. I was very happy to hear this, what a great company to stand by their product even when the damage was a result of another product failure.
Obviously, I will not be going in the water until it is replaced, and now I need to contact GoPro to get the arms replaced that just failed without, hitting any bumps, just going down the hill fast.
Thanks LifeProof!
