P90X3...Xperienced Xplorers FIT TEST

Here are my results from my modified Fit Test.
Modified because I do not feel like doing the vertical jump or the HR maximizer.
I did complete a 3 mile run 1 hour before doing my test.

Things I learned:

  • I didn't push to complete failure on any of the moves, just went until I felt done. 
  • Pull-ups are really tough when you weigh too much. 
  • My hamstrings and lower back are really tight.
  • My quads shake at 50 seconds.
  • My belly is not as big as it looks.
  • I have a smaller left bicep.
  • I gained 2 pounds while on vacation last week.
  • In and Outs eventually hurt my lower back.
I am happy to be finished and ready to start on Monday.

I previewed(watched) the Cold Start and Total Synergistics. I am going to do Yoga X3 and The Warrior this week.
