Here are my results from my modified Fit Test.
Modified because I do not feel like doing the vertical jump or the HR maximizer.
I did complete a 3 mile run 1 hour before doing my test.
Things I learned:

Things I learned:
- I didn't push to complete failure on any of the moves, just went until I felt done.
- Pull-ups are really tough when you weigh too much.
- My hamstrings and lower back are really tight.
- My quads shake at 50 seconds.
- My belly is not as big as it looks.
- I have a smaller left bicep.
- I gained 2 pounds while on vacation last week.
- In and Outs eventually hurt my lower back.
I am happy to be finished and ready to start on Monday.
I previewed(watched) the Cold Start and Total Synergistics. I am going to do Yoga X3 and The Warrior this week.
Can't wait to hear how everyone else does.
