Week 2 P90X3

Completed week 3 of the Xperienced Xplorers Challenge and I am feeling good.

Lost a total of 7 pounds and about 1/2 - 3/4 inch on waist.

Eating has been going well, only one tough day where I was craving everything.

Workouts have gotten easier as I now know the moves and also am stronger.

Swimming and running going much better as well. My running has really improved. I am focusing on making sure I do extra stretching with the foam roller and think that is helping out.

Looking forward to week 3.

If it wasn't for my support group I would not have been as strict with my eating or doing my doubles.

On another note, been looking at this race, now need to decide if I pay the fee and then the crazy expensive hotels.
