Been quite awhile since my last post.
After Block 1 - 4 weeks, I was down 13 pounds and feeling good.
I did not think that the transition week worked me hard enough to keep my 4 pound average loss going.
Very happy with the 13 pounds down. February goal is 6 - 8 pounds for the month.
Eating has been on target, one cheat snack, 1/2 of a cup cake. Otherwise, nutrition has been tight.
Block 2 is much more of a weighted workout. I am loving some of the workouts and feel like I did an hour of working out, soaked with sweat.
I did not care for the Pilates workout during the transition week, I was not good at it and it put extra strain on my lower back.
I have no doubt that the P90X3 is helping with my running. My core is getting so much tighter, I felt strong on my 10 mile run the other morning.
Looking to continue my progress and could not have stayed as focused as I am without the help of my P90X3 group. Together we keep each other accountable and on target.
Keep Pushing Play.
