Nutrition goals

I will be using the 21 Day Fix program from Beachbody - if you need a BB Coach let me know and I can recommend a few people, some local - some not.

I found this planning tool online and it is nice to organize the 21 Day Fix program.

And here is the menu of items that I will be using that fit in the program, I also have the number of containers that I am allowed according to the program. 

I have planned my first week and will eat the same menu on M-W-F and on T-TH-SA. Sunday will typically be a finish the left over ingredients day or eat all remaining items from the 2 different menus.




I will let you know how it goes.

  1. Thanks for sharing. I'm always looking for inspiration, especially with fitness tips and programs for mums as its so hard for me to stay focused and on track with keeping it consistent.
