Week 2 in review:

Workouts Grade: B+ - ; I missed 2 workouts, one run due to the weather - you just cannot run outside on ice, the other due to a very long work week - 3 straight days of 6:30am - 8:30pm at work, getting up each morning at 4:20am for a workout and going to bed each evening at midnight made me a little tired and I slept in on Friday - 6am - so I missed.

I do not feel guilty about it and have moved on.

Nutrition Grade: C+ ; I had a bad day on Sunday. I just couldn't get into my grove, might have been because of the weather and not running, but my entire day was off. 

No Beer/ No Sugar: B; No beer but I had a margarita celebrating a dear friends birthday. I also had some chocolate this week. I also had some Frosted Flakes. 

Be a better Spouse: B-; Wife did not feel great this weekend, I could have been more helpful. 

Reflection: I brought more energy to the workouts - very happy about that. I drank more water this week. I lost a few more pounds. BUT I had a tough weekend and missed a workout. Eating during the week was easy, even with staying late at work for 3 straight days.  I have to focus more on the weekends with sticking to a routine. 

This week will be difficult - I am traveling. I leave Monday and come home Friday evening. Eating will be tough, I will be using Shakelology for lunches and will make the best decisions I can for dinner. Breakfast should be easy as there is usually fruit and oatmeal available. 
Workouts should be easy to hit, provided my room is on the first floor or there is a workout room with enough room.
I will try to get a run in this Monday morning before my flight which will help with missing the Sunday run.
