This recap will cover the recovery week and part of Week 5 - because I am late on the post.
Workouts: B+ /A For recovery week but it felt really good. I missed 2 workouts but had some great yoga sessions as well as great runs. This week has been a great week, my notes suggest that I did not like this round of workouts from P90X3 but I have loved this week, the new routine has given me a good workout.
Nutrition Grade: C+/B Eating during the recovery week was poor, damn girl scout cookies and snow. This week has been better but not enough veges. I need to get back to my pre-Florida menu = next week.
No Beer/No Sugar: B No alcohol and minimal sugar (girl scout cookies - Peanut Butter Patties)
Be Better Spouse: D It has been difficult for me to empathize with the spouse, she has been fighting a cold, and struggling to get into a workout habit. I also fall back into thinking that I am the only one working at being better - ultimately it is not true, but it is difficult to look past what is staring you in the face. Communication needs to be better from both of us.
I am still having a tough time sticking to the routine of working out, staying with a schedule has been tough since getting back from Florida, I think it is the lack of sun. Regardless, I need to get mentally tough and stick to my planned schedule - that means getting out of bed at 4:20am not 4:40am.
The weather has not been cooperating, snow, ice, rain, wind - the roads are difficult to run on. Wish it would either snow or clear up - ice sucks. Oh it has been cold also.

The only thing missing is the wind chill which made it feel 10 - 15 degrees colder than the actual temp each day. Tonights forecast:
My runs have been good but cold, expect this past Friday when it felt Hot and I was in shorts without under armour pants. A friend did see me running on Thursday last week and asked me how I could be sweating when it is so cold out - lol.
Decide. Commit. Succeed.
