Week 6-7

No calendar for these weeks, just too big.

Workouts: B+ /A  P90X3 workouts have been great. Runs have been great. Missed a workout and this past weekend had to missy both days of long runs an 8 and a 12 miler - snow, ice and wind stopped me from running. Will be sure to get out and run this week (already got an 8 miler in today). Really enjoying the second phase of P90X3 this time through.

Nutrition Grade: C+/B Eating continues to be an up and down cycle. Too many birthdays being celebrated at work and at home and I just do not have the will power right now to not eat the cake :( Snow days have not helped either, no routine = bad eating. Hoping for a normal week next week, I eat well most of the time.

No Beer/No Sugar: B Beer had 1 at my brothers surprise 50th party, my sister was in town and had a margarita while she visited. Will have some beers and margaritas this weekend as I have a small get together with some great friends from my restaurant days at Amigo Mio.

Be Better Spouse: B Showed some compassion this past week.

Weight has held steady under 179, wish I could get to where it was when I was at the conference in Florida - 173 - but I was working out, running plus walking an additional 5-8 miles a day. Running has been good, I feel string even with tired legs from the X3 and Yoga workouts.
Speaking of Yoga, I am really enjoying my practice and want to do more. Yoga makes me feel better all over.

Snow and ice and shoveling have been killing my back, I will be visiting my friend and dr, Dr. Tony, for more frequent adjustments. If you have not been to a chiro and would like to try it out, give Dr. Tony and Dr. Trish a visit, they are good and great people as well. http://coopersburgfamilychiro.com
